Broekbeke Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, orders and agreements between Broekbeke and its guests or customers, both on site and via our website https://broekbeke.nl.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between Broekbeke and a customer or guest, unless expressly and in writing deviated from by the parties. By using our services or placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms.
3. Reservations
Reservations for tables, packages, events and fishing activities can be made via our website, by phone, by email or via WhatsApp (06 - 29835680). A reservation is only final after confirmation by Broekbeke.
Cancellations must be reported as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of a package or group reservation, Broekbeke may charge costs. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
4. Prices
All prices on our website and menu are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Broekbeke reserves the right to change prices. For already confirmed reservations, the agreed prices remain valid.
5. Payment
Payment for consumptions and packages is made directly at Broekbeke, in cash, by card or via an online payment method. Orders through our webshop are paid online via our payment provider. Delivery or shipment only takes place after payment has been received.
6. Webshop & Shipping
Orders placed via our webshop are shipped via PostNL/MyParcel or can be picked up on site. The expected delivery time is stated with the order. Broekbeke is not liable for delays caused by the shipping partner.
Digital gift vouchers are sent directly by email after payment. No right of withdrawal applies to digital products once they have been delivered.
7. Right of withdrawal
For physical products ordered through our webshop, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt applies. You must notify us in writing (by email) of your withdrawal within this period. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for: perishable goods (such as smoked fish), digital gift vouchers that have already been delivered, reservations for specific dates (packages, events) and custom-made products.
8. Gift vouchers
Broekbeke gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. They can be exchanged for consumptions, packages and products from Broekbeke. Any remaining balance will not be paid out in cash.
9. Fishing
Specific house rules apply at our fishing ponds and are displayed on site. No catch & release applies in the trout ponds; caught trout must be taken and paid for. A strict release policy applies in the Catch & Release ponds. The use of barbless hooks and an unhooking mat is mandatory.
10. Liability
Visiting Broekbeke and participating in fishing activities is at your own risk. Broekbeke is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' property, nor for injuries sustained during the visit, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Broekbeke.
11. Complaints
Complaints about our services or products must be reported in writing within a reasonable period, but no later than 14 days after discovery, via info@broekbeke.nl. We aim to respond within 14 days.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements between Broekbeke and its customers. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel.
13. Changes
Broekbeke reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website.
